Who is Bubar?
The Crêpier
Bubar trained as a confectioner with Johann Joncour in the Pâtisserie Les Menhirs at Plomelin, a small town on the Odet River near the Breton coast. He just enjoys handcrafted delicacies and went on to spoil the Berliners with the taste of original Breton crêpes, galettes and other specialties.
