Crêpes or Galettes?

Crêpes are of sweet taste, we use wheat flour and fill them with all kinds of sweet toppings. For Galettes, we use buckwheat flour, which is rich and has a very particular taste. Curious now? Visit Bubar at the farmer's market in Charlottenburg and try them both to find your favorite!

Who is Bubar?

The Crêpier

Bubar trained as a confectioner with Johann Joncour in the Pâtisserie Les Menhirs at Plomelin, a small town on the Odet River near the Breton coast. He just enjoys handcrafted delicacies and went on to spoil the Berliners with the taste of original Breton crêpes, galettes and other specialties.
